Dyno numbers....are fully relative.... no dyno is calibrated, operated, or used the same as another one up in Tinbuktoo as the one you used in SoFla.

The REAL comparison is to get baseline numbers with your stock bike, do the performance modifications, and THEN dyno. Your delta is what you're really going after... or should be going after anyways.

The whole crying game because some bozo got 150 hp on Dyno A while he would put down figures 15-20% less on your dyno is ridonkulous.

Mmmm kay? /rant

Heyheyhey, easy there big fella, maybe a little extra Paxil today for ya. It's only a dyno test on MY bike w/my $$$- don't take it so personally.

Ok, first, I didn't dyno the bike b4 mod installation- mea culpa. HOWEVER, it is fairly obvious to my butt-dyno that between the weight loss from removing all the excess baggage (ie- stock exhaust) & adding the jet kit, pods, header & can, the engine now performs significantly better than stock, I'm guessing in the 15+ HP range.

If you trip on over to the zrxoa page, most of the guys w.bike/mods similar to mine are in the 128-130+ range w/85+/- ft/lbs. so that's what I was hoping for. But the dyno read true & I have no doubt, even w/variations between dyno's and operators, my bike is off a bit. The air/fuel ratio is just too out whack for the bike to be operating in maximal condition. I'm sure once that's cleared up, I'm gonna see what everyone else is seeing w/theirs.

Now, go sit quietly in the shade w/some cool lemonade and a nice romance novel. Don't get yourself all worked up.

HAHAHA! If that old man was making .74hp I wonder what a real cyclist could put out? Now to be fair though we would have to get a true baseline and run them all on the same dyno and not one from "Tinbuktoo".......
